What is the best digital camera that is under $200?

I have an out of date camera. It is a Nikon coolpix and does that take a good picture and it is sooooooo slow and I am going to be on a yearbook staff and want to know what the best camera is!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

i have the nikon coolpix s220 and it works great, with 10 mp and 3x zoom. on their website its only $149.95(w/o shipping and tax), and u can get it for even cheaper if u look online, like i did.

and its pretty fast, depending on where you are. the flash is pretty fast too. hope this helps
